Privacy Policy

Last updated · August 19, 2026

Novita Labs ("we", "us", "our") built Passly, a social card-trading game. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Passly, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you create an account and play Passly, we may collect:

How We Use Your Information

How We Store and Protect Data

Passly uses Firebase (a Google service) for authentication, data storage, and real-time matchmaking. Firebase applies industry-standard security practices to protect your data, and we limit access to information that is necessary to run the app.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with service providers (such as Firebase) strictly to operate the app, or where required by law.

Your Choices

Children's Privacy

Passly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Passly after changes means you accept the updated policy.
