Novita Labs ("we", "us", "our") built Passly, a social card-trading game. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Passly, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Profile card content you create (Vision, Insight, Pitch, Advice, Tips, Lifehack fields)
- Gameplay data, including match history, card trades, and in-game activity
- Optional social media links you choose to connect (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok)
- Subscription and billing status for premium features
- Device and usage data (app version, crash logs, general analytics)
How We Use Your Information
- To operate core gameplay, including matchmaking and card trading
- To maintain your account and authenticate your identity
- To manage premium subscriptions and unlock related features
- To improve app stability, performance, and user experience
- To communicate important updates about the app or your account
How We Store and Protect Data
Passly uses Firebase (a Google service) for authentication, data storage, and real-time matchmaking. Firebase applies industry-standard security practices to protect your data, and we limit access to information that is necessary to run the app.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with service providers (such as Firebase) strictly to operate the app, or where required by law.
Your Choices
- You can edit or remove profile card content at any time within the app
- You can disconnect social media links from your profile
- You can request account deletion by contacting us
Children's Privacy
Passly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Passly after changes means you accept the updated policy.
